Scotland and Wales SNUB post-Brexit power-sharing offer

SCOTTISH and Welsh leaders yesterday dismissed an offer from the UK Government on future power-sharing after Brexit. Cabinet Office Minister David Lidington urged them to accept a plan he proposed last week.
